On October 15, Han Hongqi, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), led a delegation to Fast Group for a study tour/investigation. Director Han Hongqi successively visited the Fast Smart Factory, including the machining workshop and the assembly workshop, and fully affirmed the excellent achievements Fast has made in intelligent manufacturing, technological R&D, and other fields. He said that as the “Double Chain Master” enterprise in the heavy-duty truck industry chain of the entire province, Fast’s technological R&D strength and intelligent manufacturing capability are both at the forefront of the industry, playing a crucial demonstration and leading role in the sector. He expressed hope that the company would firmly adhere to the confidence in high-quality development, seize market opportunities, fully leverage its advantages, continuously accelerate the pace of technological innovation, constantly enhance its core competitiveness, and strive to build the Fast brand into a world-class high-end Chinese manufacturing brand.
Deputy General Manager Zhao Zhiqiang reported on the company’s innovation, R&D, and intelligent manufacturing initiatives. He stated that Fast has successfully applied core intelligent manufacturing technologies such as digital twin and the Internet of Everything (IoE), and has successively established two smart factories: Fast Gaozhixin and Fast Intelligent Braking. Fast Gaozhixin successfully made it onto the list of the first batch of national “Digital Pilot” enterprises, and Fast Intelligent Braking was successfully selected as a 2025 “Excellent-level Smart Factory.” Looking ahead, Fast will enhance its core competitiveness in intelligent products, intelligent manufacturing, and smart operations, fully leverage its industry advantages to create a radiating effect, drive the synchronized improvement of upstream and downstream partners, and contribute Fast’s strength to the high-quality development of commercial vehicles across the province through concrete actions.
